Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Our shipping time is quick. Most orders will be shipped out the same day if received before 1:00 PST, otherwise within 48 hours. 

Some orders may take longer if out of stock on a particular item so please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. If out of stock or a item is on back order we will notify you through email at the address you provided.

FREE Shipping - Place an order with a merchandise total of $100 or more and receive free shipping anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. One offer per purchase.

We recommend getting insurance for any items or orders over $50 just to be safe but it's not required. Please let us know before placing your order if you would like insurance added to the shipping.

All of orders are shipped United States Postal Priority Mail- The Postal Service advertises that priority delivery takes 2-3 days within the USA, we have found that it may take longer to some areas depending on where you live. Please allow 4-5 business days for shipment to arrive.

For all residential addresses these times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed.

Depending on your location & order we also may ship UPS Ground.

Back Orders - If a back ordered item is ordered with items in stock they may not be shipped at the same time. Back ordered means an item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will be informed of any shipping delay over 30 days.

Damaged Packages -US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment please contact the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify TheWishingWellShop.com so that we can send out a replacement to you. Keep the box and all packing materials until the carrier is contacted in case the carrier wants to check them.

Return Policy - If one of our products prove to be defective within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us BY USING OUR FORM ON OUR CONTACT PAGE and we will gladly arrange a repair/exchange.We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days. We will not, however, accept returns of opened, repackaged or used products. In either instance, we do not refund original shipping charges or the shipping to send the item back to us. All returned items will get a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given unless prior authorization to do so has been granted by TheWishingWellShop.com.
